The event was gala night for exhibitors and participants of Plastindia Conference & exhibition held in feb 2012 at Hotel Leela , Gurgaon..
Challenges
Plastindia approached us with the challenge of doing 3 events at the same time and same place with all in different themes. The aim was to deliver an event for exhibitors & participants to thank them for their on-going participation to enable and enjoy the experience.

Location
Hotel Leela ,Gurgaon – Having run the event for PlastIndia successfully for eight consecutive years, the specific year we’re highlighting here was divided into 3 themes that were “Retro”, “Bollywood” & “Circle of Imagination”. We organised every aspect of the event design and on site logistics including graphic design, registrations, temporary structures and furniture, activity selection, venue and staff theming, security and health and safety. Activities were in theme and staff (in costume) handed out thematic scarfs as per the theme to bring whole event together.

To do launch of Uninor telecom services in UP East & West along with BTL activities for period of 30 days.
Challenges
Uninor presented us with a challenge to connect with the broad consumer base and convince them with the tag line “AB MERA NUMBER HAI” ought to be a part of their lives. They wanted us to produce a flamboyant strategy that would go viral among the direct consumer and create a buzz. They wanted us to help provide an approach for marketing their products in a unified way across all markets in UP west & East. The strategy should not be restricted to only visible promotions but should touch consumer heart directly.

The Brief
They wanted us to show the comparison between 2G & 3G speed of Vodafone services. All the activation was to be done in Malls & Offices in Delhi NCR.
Challenges
All the conceptualization, implementation and execution was to be presented by us, using infinite technology like: fiction, graphics, etc.
Activity time
Every Weekend for a Month – GIP Noida, Pacific Mall, Rajouri Garden, Cyber Hub and Head Office.

We implemented extensive knowledge to research our driving routes and designed an engaging and hands-on activity with the help of highly innovative technology, An Immersive Augmented Reality experience; something in which real you is completely transported into a virtual world.
We created an Experience that depicts super-fast 3G internet speed. This is how the storyboard goes:
“Our virtual smart world where a super fast flight is possible, the flight is so fast that you go around the world and return in less than 2 mins (Experiencing various wonders of the world and out of space) and we put our fans into this virtual world with use of technology.”
We translated our brand message into an experience (this wouldn’t have been possible without the technology we chose). The campaign was called “Around the world in 80 days / in 2 minutes”. The campaign was brought in alignment with the RFID technology based cheer station wherein all the audience visiting the stall were given RFID Tags through which they could register themselves and it will be updated automatically on their Facebook Account. So, we knew exactly when and where we needed to go to maximize the impact.

The Brief
The event was Vodafone’s Family Day. Vodafone that prides itself on its relationship with its associates and their families did not give us a brief. All they wanted was a family day that would be memorable and very different from any of the events they had done in the past.
Challenges
Vodafone has been a part of the Excellent family for eight years. The reason they don’t give us a brief is that they trust us immensely to deliver an innovative and memorable event that helps the associates and their families bond with the Vodafone spirit.

Solution
We put forward a Jungle theme that was reflected 8 days before the event in their offices and throughout the live event. The venue was converted into the Jungle with beautiful innovative props and decor.
Excellent Edge
Special kids zone was created on Chhota Bheem theme, the most famous character among the children. Movie theater was created where in children could enjoy jungle based small movies under the guidance of trained supervisors.

Our Princess Navnita and Prince Vibhor had chosen this destination for making their wedding a royal affair. They wanted a series of events where each had a unique theme and remembered by the guests for a lifetime. Be it the scale, the settings or the experiences, they wanted it to be grand.

The bride’s family wanted a lavish engagement with Royal touch in all the ceremonies and Groom’s family wanted the theme “Colors of India” for Sagan with lots of engagements among both the families, which is a good wishlist.

From Day One till the last day each and every moment was converted into Royalty, showcasing different aspect from both the sides in three days, we managed, designed, conceptualized and converted all their dreams into reality. To add to thrill & excitement cricket match was organised with Sangeet, Sagan & Marriage.
Being a destination wedding we designed all the wedding stationeries & collaterals. Special website was created along with the Facebook page for creating hype and to put daily update. Whatsapp group was created for daily updates.
Welcome of the Groom was highly appreciated, which was done with Royal procession consisting of Elephants, Vintage car along with music and dance group. Mehandi: Mela Theme along with Qawali performance by Chanchal Bharti (India’s Got Talent Fame)Sangeet: Bollywood Theme Performances by Eka Band (Former Euphoria) & Emcee Gitesh Cricket Match on the lines of IPL was conducted between the families named IML(Indian Marriage League).Sagan: Colors of India Theme with Performances by Family Members and Laser Show & Emcee Nitin Arora. Marriage: Peacock Theme, The venue was draped with Blue & Green color with Performances by Symphony Band & Emcee Shilpa Bhasin.
